FECT - siRNA transfection reagent

iFECT - has been used successfully to transfect siRNA into HEK293, HuH-7 (human hepatoma), B16 melanoma, CHO-K1, COS-1, COS-7, NIH3T3, SF-9, S2, primary human keratinocytes, primary rat aortic smooth muscle (WKY3M), and other cell lines. No significant toxicity was observed at the concentrations used for optimal activity on the cell lines tested. iFECT has been shown to be most optimal for the cell lines tested at a working concentration of 2-5 g per g of siRNA in 35mm dishes.

Maxfect - DNA & oligo transfection reagent that works in serum containing media

Maxfect - has been used successfully to transfect short oligos and plamid DNA into CHO-K1, COS, LNCaP, HeLa, NIH3T3, SF-9, S2 (Schneider - Drosophila), 293, T-24 (human bladder carcinoma), ECV304, HCT-8 (colon carcinoma), primary human keratinocytes, primary aortic smooth muscle, primary chondrocytes, primary rabbit myoblasts, human bone marrow endothelial cells (HBMEC), HUVEC, PANC-1, THP-1, rat embryo fibroblasts, IIC9, and other cell lines. No significant toxicity was observed at the concentrations used for optimal activity on the cell lines tested. Maxfect has been shown to be most optimal for the cell lines tested at a working concentration of 2-6 g per g of DNA in 35mm dishes.
Store at 4C, Do Not Freeze.
Genfect - DNA transfection reagent which works in primary cell culture

Genfect - has been used successfully to transfect DNA into COS, HepG2, PC12, C2C12 (mouse myoblast), Jurkat, NIH3T3, primary rat and hamster hepatocytes, primary rat cardiomyocytes, primary male rat germ cells, primary chick retinal neurons, primary astrocytes, primary rat fibroblasts, primary human keratinocytes, primary PBMC, primary cortical neurons, IM392, neuroblastoma, and tracheobroncial cells. No significant toxicity was observed at the concentrations used for optimal activity on the cell lines tested. Genfect has been shown to be most optimal for the cell lines tested at a working concentration of 1-4 g per g of DNA in 35mm dishes.
